You can cancel your StyleSeat subscription from your account at any time. Canceling and closing your account are separate steps: canceling stops future charges, and closing your account is handled by our support team.
Cancel your subscription
In the StyleSeat app, tap Menu.
Tap Account Settings.
Tap Plan & Billing Details.
Tap Manage Subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
What happens after you cancel
Your account stays open until your subscription end date. Your page and existing appointments stay active, and payments and payouts process as normal until then.
After your subscription end date, your page shows as inactive and is removed from search results.
Clients can still book you until then. To stop new bookings, open Calendar settings → Online booking and turn online booking off (Premium Plan only).
Export any client lists or revenue reports you need before your subscription ends.
Close your account or end your subscription right away
To close your account, or to end your subscription immediately instead of at the end of your billing period, message us in chat. We'll cancel your subscription first so you aren't charged again, then close your account and remove your page from search.
Changed your mind?
You can reactivate your account at any time by logging in and resubscribing.
