Is my profile live?
Once you've completed your profile setup, your profile is live on the StyleSeat marketplace and clients can book you.
To confirm, open the StyleSeat app and tap the Marketing megaphone icon. You'll see the You're Live badge with a green circle at the top of the page.
Why can't I find myself in search?
Your search ranking builds over time as you're active on StyleSeat. It's normal to be live and not appear on the first few pages yet, or to not show up yet for every service you offer. The more you do on StyleSeat, the more your ranking improves.
What moves you up in search:
Photos. Add photos of your work. The more you add, the better.
Tag your photos. Tag each photo to the service it shows. The more photos you tag, the better you rank in search.
Reviews. As reviews come in, your profile ranks higher and shows up for more searches.
Appointments. Completing and checking out appointments on StyleSeat signals to search that clients are choosing you.
This takes time and gets better the longer you're active.
How do I check how my profile is doing?
The Marketing Suite shows your profile performance so you can watch your visibility grow:
Open the StyleSeat app and tap the Marketing megaphone icon.
Use the tabs at the top: Search visibility for your search performance, Convert clients for your profile performance, and Increase rebooking for your rebooking performance.
Check back weekly. As your photos, reviews, and completed appointments add up, you'll see your search numbers climb.
What else helps?
Share your booking link. Send it to your existing clients so their appointments are processed on StyleSeat. Those appointments count toward your ranking too.
Turn on New Client Connection. StyleSeat promotes your profile to new clients, and you only pay when a new client books.
