How It Works
Select the service you'd like to purchase and select "Purchase Package"
Enter your credit card information to confirm the purchase
You can use the credit to redeem on future service purchases for that specific service
Booking and Redemption
How credits are used: When you book an appointment for the service your package covers, the credit is automatically applied at checkout.
What you pay: You will only be responsible for paying for any additional services or add-ons and tip at the time of the appointment.
Tipping policy: The default tip is 20% and is calculated based on the discounted price of the service package. You will still be charged for the tip after the appointment using your card on file, even if the appointment cost is covered by a package credit.
Loyalty Rewards: You earn loyalty rewards after each appointment completion, not at the time of package purchase.
Liability: The Service Package contract is solely between you and your service provider.. StyleSeat holds no liability for unfulfilled packages.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
Rescheduling: If you reschedule an appointment outside of the No Show/Late Cancellation (NSLC) window, it just reschedules with no problem, and your package credit remains applied to the new appointment.
Cancelling (Outside Late Cancellation/No-Show Window): If you cancel the appointment outside of the NSLC window, your package credit is restored and available for your next booking.
Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel late, you will forfeit one credit of the service package associated with the appointment.
If you have added additional services or add-ons you will be charged based on the pro’s policy for the cost of the additional services as well
Refunds and Package Changes
Refund Policy: Packages cannot be refunded through the app. You must contact your Pro directly for any concerns.
Impact of Refund: If a partial or full refund is processed, the package will be immediately removed from your account, and any future appointments associated with that package will be automatically cancelled.
If your Pro deletes the service or leaves StyleSeat: Your existing package credits remain on your account. You must contact Support for a refund request.

A service package lets you prepay for multiple future appointments of a single service type at a discounted rate (e.g., "5 Pack: Haircut"). Package credits are purchased for a fixed, discounted price and do not expire.

Packages are displayed on your Pro's profile under the Services tab, shown directly beneath the service they cover.
