StyleSeat offers a protection policy for our professionals called a No-Show/Late Cancellation policy. This means pros can choose to charge your card if you skip the appointment or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment start time. The policy is included on the confirmation page when you are booking your appointment. We allow our professionals to set their own policies and are not able to refund charges related to No-Shows or Late Cancellations.

How these policies work:

  • If you miss your appointment or cancels within 24 hours of the appointment time, your professional has the ability to charge a percentage of the cost of the booked service listed on their booking page.

  • All no-show or late cancelation policies are decided upon and set up by your professional.

  • StyleSeat does not have the power to set up or enforce any policy for a professional.

  • All charges are collected directly by your professional.

  • StyleSeat has no authority to issue any refunds on behalf of our professionals.

  • Please call your professional directly to handle all refunds.

StyleSeat only provides the software that allows professionals to set up a list of services, manage appointments, accept online bookings, and charge or not charge for a service etc.
