Sometimes, the time you want with a professional just isn’t available on their calendar. That’s where Premium Appointments come in!
What is a Premium Appointment?
If you find that the time you'd like to book with a professional isn’t available, you can request a Premium Appointment directly from the professional’s booking page. This special request includes a 20% price increase on the regular appointment cost.
Once you submit your request, the professional will be notified that there’s a request waiting in their waitlist. It’s up to the professional whether they accept or decline the request.
Booking and Paying for a Premium Appointment
If the professional accepts your Premium Appointment request, you’ll receive a text message with instructions to confirm and pay in advance directly from your phone. The price breakdown, including the 20% increase, will be clearly displayed during the payment process.
NOTE: You'll need to complete the payment within 48 hours. If you don't pay within that time frame, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
