This article shows how to follow up on an App Review.

If you are following up on an App Review and were directed to submit a support ticket, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Select Submit a Support Ticket within the chatbot window or email support@styleseat.com

  2. In the Subject line of the ticket submission form, write "App Review"

  3. Select if you are a Professional or Client

  4. Select App Review under How can we help?

  5. Provide a brief description of your issue

  6. Select Submit
